In 1997 we decided to bring all Widget manufacturing in house, and to that effect made a merger with our leading two manufacturers to build our own manufacturing facilities. In 2000 we completed the merger, and were able to Manufacture and distribute our Widgets without third party vendors for support. By far the biggest issue of this merger was the decision to merge our manufacturing and distribution facilities at the same time.
